After they both carved out successful careers in the corporate world, together they decided to launch their own recruiting firm. Susan Rae Cox is Co-Founder of The Bird Dog Group. To create a successful search firm, Susan called upon her own extensive experience of working as an executive and personal assistant in the entertainment, legal, and financial sectors - which also includes working as a nanny while in college. Susan believes that having a “servant’s heart” is an essential trait for any assistant. Susan’s enthusiasm is to bridge the gap for people. So, if you require help in your business or home, or you are on the lookout for a job, Susan is ready to collaborate with you to reach your goal.
Apart from her role at The Bird Dog Group, she is also the Executive Director of Ol’ Hank’s Place, a 501c3 non-profit organization that rescues abandoned senior dogs. Susan lives with her husband on a farm in Holly Springs, MS.
Amberly Davis is the Co-Founder of The Bird Dog Group. With over 15 years of experience working in executive and management roles, Amberly has honed her leadership, strategy, and communication skills and has a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed in the corporate world. Amberly’s drive and desire to make a difference in the lives of those around her has uniquely positioned her to help both individuals and companies find the right fit for their needs.
When she’s not working, Amberly enjoys, spending time with family, working in her garden, Ole Miss Baseball, and spending time with her beloved dogs, Rosie and Dolly, and cat Lebron. She’s excited to use her skills and expertise to help others achieve their dreams and build successful careers.
